Profiles AG develops a comprehensive “demand set” detailing current and forecasted volumes along with prices of all applicable network services components and all other related costs, terms and conditions. A typical global client has between 500-800 individual price elements that make up their global telecommunications spend. Our unique process illuminates each individual price elements ensuring that in the end market-leading pricing is achieved at this base level. We then provide our clients information and research concerning marketplace initiatives and service capabilities by service provider to determine a “going-forward” network services strategy. Our next step is to develop a comprehensive RFP for client management acceptance.

Profiles Advisory Group’s Founding Partners manage all vendor and client meetings as well as delivery of the RFP(s) to the selected vendors. We personally manage the process and evaluate responses, prepare a very detailed and documented summary of responses for the presentation to our Client’s management. We assist in Down-Selection of service providers and in final vendor selection. Final pricing and contract terms are negotiated with the selected vendor(s) while leading the contract process through final execution of agreement. Client benefits by attaining market leading contract(s) with minimal time commitment and effort while obtaining maximum results. Our business model assures the Founding Partners lead all engagement activities and are personally accountable for delivering the results we commit to upfront.
ProfilesProven Reconciliation
A detailed audit of new contract(s) invoicing to assure all price elements are delivered accurately. Client benefits by ensuring all value elements negotiated are delivered after contract implementation. Review of invoices start with the first billing cycle. Validate all contracted pricing and seek recovery of all incorrectly billed charges starting with contract effective date.
