Bruce brings 30 years of senior-level management experience to the firm. Prior to co-founding Profiles Advisory Group, Inc., he worked for 2 years in business development for a strategic sourcing consulting practice. Before that, he completed a distinguished 28 year career with AT&T including executive level positions in sales, services and product marketing. He led an elite and innovative “investment” account initiative aimed at low-share enterprise customers. This experience gave Bruce great insight into carrier pricing, cost structure and contract strategies. Results included over $475 million in new and win-back revenues negotiated with customers including EMC, Staples, CVS, Reed Elsevier, BankBoston, Corning, Kodak and Digital. Previously he had leadership responsibility for the Services Organization including 3 distinct disciplines – national services management, sales case management and tier III data network support. Early experience included product marketing responsibilities for PBX product roll outs. Mr. Vienneau earned a BS in Management Sciences and Business at Bentley College. He lives in Carlisle with his wife Donna and daughters Olivia and Renee.
Robert A. Kraft - Founder
Rob brings 22 years of senior-level management experience to the firm. Prior to co-founding Profiles Advisory Group, Inc., he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Shareholder.com, an on-line investor relations communication firm. During his 5 year tenure, he grew revenues over 300%. He negotiated agreements with prestigious clients including Microsoft, The Home Depot, FedEx, Johnson and Johnson, US Air and MetLife. Rob held numerous assignments during his reputable 16 years with AT&T. His last role as General Manager of New England included responsibility for sales operations, including account planning and strategy, hiring, assignment and development of staff and attainment of revenue and expense commitments for 5 states. Mr. Kraft earned a BS in Health Sciences from SUNY at Cortland. He resides in Reading with his wife Mary and sons Danny and Brian.
