Bruce D. Vienneau – Managing Partner
Bruce brings 38 years of senior-level leadership experience to the firm. He leads all sales and business development activities for Profiles Advisory Group. Prior to co-founding Profiles Advisory Group, Inc., he worked for 2 years in business development for a strategic sourcing consulting practice. He completed a distinguished 28 year career with several telecommunication providers with assignments that included executive level positions in sales, services and product marketing. Bruce’s experience overseeing a global low share investment marketing initiative provided great insight into carrier pricing, cost structure and contract strategies. Some of his client work included Staples, Bank of America, Kodak, Corning, EMC, Dun and Bradstreet, Reed Elsevier, PTC, CVS, KeyBank and others. Mr. Vienneau served in a leadership role of a carriers National Services Organization and owned operational responsibility for National Services Management, Sales Case Management and Tier III WAN support. Mr. Vienneau earned a BS in Management Sciences and Business at Bentley College. He lives in Carlisle, MA with his wife Donna and daughters Olivia and Renee.
Robert A. Kraft – Managing Partner
Rob brings 28 years of senior-level management experience to the firm. He leads all operational activities for client activities for Profiles Advisory Group. Prior to co-founding Profiles Advisory Group, Inc., he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Shareholder.com, an on-line investor relations communication firm. During his 5 year tenure at Shareholder.com, he grew revenues over 300% negotiating agreements with prestigious clients including Microsoft, The Home Depot, FedEx, Johnson and Johnson, US Air and MetLife. Rob held numerous assignments during his 17 year carrier with several telecommunication providers. His last role as General Manager of New England included responsibility for sales operations for the New England region. Mr. Kraft earned a BS in Health Sciences from SUNY at Cortland. He resides in Reading, MA with his wife Mary and sons Dan and Brian.
